Annual rates of duty

Section 11B, which previously dealt with annual rates of vehicle excise duty, has been repealed and is no longer in force.

• Paragraph 11B of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 has been wholly repealed
• The repeal was made by Finance Act 2014, Schedule 18, paragraph 8
• The paragraph previously set out annual rates of vehicle excise duty
• Any duty calculations that formerly relied on this paragraph must now refer to the replacement provisions introduced by Finance Act 2014
