Revenue Scotland and Tax Powers Act 2014 Schedule 4 paragraph 6

Adding Revenue Scotland to the list of specified authorities

Schedule 4 paragraph 6 amends the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 to formally include Revenue Scotland in the list of executive bodies subject to public appointments oversight.

• Revenue Scotland is added to Schedule 2 of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003
• It is listed under the heading "Executive bodies" in that schedule
• The insertion is made in the appropriate alphabetical position within the existing list of bodies
• This means appointments to Revenue Scotland are subject to regulation by the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland
